to TouchTone's online signup form. When you type your phone number into
the form, it will verify the rates you will receive. After filling out the form,
you will be asked to verify your information and be asked for your approval to
submit the order. This is called an E-Signature. If you do not give
this approval at the end of the order process,
your order will not go through.

That's it! Your
confirmation will then be complete!

free number you would like to switch over to TouchTone, or if you would
like to apply for a new toll free number with your service, please

application.
Trouble Shooting
How long will it take for the switch to
TouchTone to
take place?
It normally takes 5 to 10 days from the time we receive
your application for a long distance change
to take effect.
How will I know when I am actually on the
TouchTone Service?
You can call 1 (700) 555-4141 (it's toll free) at
any time, and it will tell you who your current long distance carrier is (it
will say "Qwest", which is TouchTone's underlying carrier).
If your service has not been switched after 14 days, please e-mail us
and we will assist you.
