4.9¢ Long Distance Online Signup Instructions

By clicking on the link below, you will be taken to PNG's online signup form.  After filling out the form and submitting your information, you will receive an automated e-mail to verify your order.  Please respond to that e-mail following it's instructions to verify your desire to switch your long distance to PNG.  If you do not respond to the email, your order will not go through. 

* In some states, e-mail verification is not allowed.  If this is the case for you, an automated telephone call will be placed to your billing phone number to verify your order.  Just answer the simple questions from the automated operator and your order will be verified.

That's it!  Your confirmation will then be complete!  It doesn't get any easier than that!

Trouble Shooting

I didn't receive the automated e-mail or callback!  What should I do?
If you do not receive the automated e-mail or callback, please call or e-mail us
and we will assist you.

How long will it take for the switch to PNG to take place?
It normally takes 5 to 10 days for a long distance change to take effect.

How will I know when I am actually on the PNG Service?
You can call 1 (700) 555-4141 (it's toll free) at any time, and it will tell you who your current long distance carrier is (it will say "Qwest or Touch America"" when you are on the service).  If your service has not been switched after 14 days, please call or e-mail us
and we will assist you.
