Trouble Shooting

How long will it take for the switch to TouchTone to take place?
It normally takes 5 to 10 days from the time we receive your application for a long distance change to take effect.

How will I know when I am actually on the TouchTone Service?
You can call 1 (700) 555-4141 (it's toll free) at any time, and it will tell you who your current long distance carrier is (it will say "Qwest", which is TouchTone's underlying carrier).  If your service has not been switched after 14 days, please e-mail us
and we will assist you.
