4.9¢ Long Distance Online Signup Instructions

By clicking on the link below, you will be taken to PNG's online signup form.  After filling out the form and submitting your information, you will receive an automated Callback from PNG Communications roughly 1 to 3 minutes after hitting the "Submit" button.  The call will come in to your main phone number.  So, if you are using that phone number to access the Internet right now, you will have to log off right after you submit the form so that you will be able to receive the call.  If you are not using your main telephone number to access the Internet, then you don't have to worry about logging off. 

The call will be a recorded operator that asks you to respond to the following 2 questions:

1) Please state your name and phone number then press the # key.  
(You then state your name and phone number and press the "#" key on your telephone.)

2) Please state the month and date you were born. 
(You then state your answer then press the "#" key on your telephone.)

That's it!  Your confirmation will then be complete!  It doesn't get any easier then that!

*Important* - The automated operator will try 3 times to place the call, so it is important that you log off after submitting the form if you are using your main telephone number to access the Internet.  Also, you must be available to answer the call at your main telephone number.  Make sure you, or an authorized person, is at your main telephone number right after you hit the "Submit" button.

Trouble Shooting

I didn't receive the automated callback!  What should I do?
If you do not receive the automated callback within 15 minutes after filling out the form and hitting the submit button, please e-mail us at
alghoughton@juno.com and we will arrange your confirmation personally.

How long will it take for the switch to PNG to take place?
It normally takes 5 to 10 days for a long distance change to take effect.

How will I know when I am actually on the PNG Service?
You can call 1 (700) 555-4141 (it's toll free) at any time, and it will tell you who your current long distance carrier is (it will say "Qwest or Touch America"" when you are on the service).  If your service has not been switched after 14 days, please e-mail us at
alghoughton@juno.com and we will assist you.
