Trouble Shooting

How long will it take for the switch to PNG to take place?
It normally takes 5 to 10 days for a long distance change to take effect.

How will I know when I am actually on the PNG Service?
You can call 1 (700) 555-4141 (it's toll free) at any time, and it will tell you who your current long distance carrier is (it will say "Qwest, Williams or Global Crossing", depending on your state, when you are on the service).  If your service has not been switched after 14 days, please e-mail us
and we will assist you.
